Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence

Associate Solicitor

Who Am I?

I have over 13 years of experience and specialise in pursuing personal injury and clinical negligence claims for clients who have suffered life changing disabilities, often as a result of head or spinal injuries. I also have particular expertise in representing clients who are suffering from asbestos related diseases and can assist them in obtaining not only financial compensation but access to other services.

What I do

I believe that my job is more than just providing advice to my clients. I ensure that clients obtain the rehabilitation they require at an early stage that can make such a difference to their recovery. Serious injury can have a huge impact on clients and their families and my advice is always practical and targeted to the needs of my clients and their families.

I trained with a Top 100 law firm in Brighton and am delighted to have returned to the South Coast having been with a national firm for 8 years, where I was jointly responsible for running their Personal Injury department.

My achievements and other appointments

I graduated from the University of Leeds in Pharmacology and studied Law at the College of Law in Guildford. I am a member of Sussex Law Society, APIL (Association of Personal Injury Lawyers) and of the Institute of Advanced Motorists (RoadSmart). This in particular allows me to have a fresh perspective when acting for clients in road traffic accidents. I am also working alongside Silverlining Brain Injury charity to introduce a branch in East Sussex.

Hobbies and interests

When I am not being kept on my toes by my two young daughters, I enjoy cycling, watching cricket and football. A love of Liverpool FC and Essex though has not delivered too much success recently! Living by the sea there is nothing more I like than taking the kayak out onto the English Channel…weather permitting of course!
