Commercial Property

Who am I?

Partner (currently on maternity leave) in the Commercial Property department

What I do and who my clients are

I deal with a wide range of transactions, working with individual, corporate and charity clients

I practise in all areas of commercial property acting for individuals, companies, charities and major lenders. I deal with acquisitions and disposals of retail, office and industrial premises, as individual units or investment portfolios. I also specialise in acquisition finance and refinancing, landlord and tenant lease renewals, corporate due diligence and all aspects of property portfolio management for investment clients including licences and surrenders.

My achievements and other appointments

I qualified as a solicitor in 2001 with a large regional practice where I practised commercial property for 13 years before joining the firm in 2012

Hobbies and other interests

Outside of work I like to get fresh air whenever possible and enjoy walking, cycling, jogging and the occasional scary kite flying experience! I love all things music and intermittently sing in two Brighton community choirs. Budget permitting, I also love to travel and ski.
