Private Client

Who am I?

I am a solicitor in the Private Client department.

What I do and who my clients are

I am an experienced private client solicitor and a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) as well as being fully qualified in Scottish law. I have experience in advising and representing a broad range of Clients but, in particular, I am involved with the preparation of Wills, the creation and administration of Trusts and providing Inheritance Tax advice. I also have extensive experience in Estate Administration and have gained experience in dealing with affairs of the elderly.

My achievements and other appointments

I was brought up in Edinburgh, and I qualified as a Scottish Solicitor in 2007 after studying law at Edinburgh University and having trained at a top law firm in the City. I moved to Brighton in 2007, became fully English qualified and gained excellent experience at Thomas Eggar LLP. I took a career break to have my two wonderful children and happily settled in to Coole Bevis LLP in February 2016.

Hobbies and other interests

My young family keeps me very busy outside of work, but I am an avid gym goer. This stems from my earlier basketball history of playing for Scotland as well as playing semi-professionally in the Women’s English Division 1. I also love to travel with my family.
