Partner in the Commercial Property department
I practise in all areas of commercial property dealing with a variety of property types from industrial to offices and retail. I act for a broad range of clients but specialise in working with property investor clients in the acquisition and disposal of investment properties either as individual units or portfolios. I also act for investors in the legal management of their property portfolios.
I qualified as a solicitor in 1997 specialising straight away in commercial property. I joined Woolley Bevis, now Coole Bevis LLP, in March 2014 from a large regional firm. I enjoy establishing strong working partnerships with clients and adopt a commercial “can do” approach. I am a member of the Investment Property Forum.
When I am not at work, I enjoy being outdoors and active. I like a challenge and have undertaken various sports events for Charity including the National 3 Peaks Challenge and more recently the 10 Peak Challenge raising money for Rockinghorse Children’s Charity.
